लॉटरी पद्धतीने निवड करणेकरीताचे निकष :-
 

A) शाळेपासून 1 कि. मी. परिसराच्या आतील पालकांना प्रवेशासाठी प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल.  रिक्त जागांपेक्षा जास्त अर्ज प्राप्त झाल्यास प्रवेशासाठी लॉटरी काढण्यात येईल.
B) शाळेपासून 1 कि. मी. परिसराच्या आतमधील अर्जदारांची निवड होऊन जागा रिक्त राहिल्यास 1. कि.मी. वरील अर्जदारांचा प्रवेशासाठी विचार करण्यात येईल.

Criteria for Selection by Lottery :-

A) Parents within 1 km radius of the school will be given priority for admission. Lottery will be drawn for admission if more applications are received than vacancies.

B) Applicants within 1 km radius from the school will be selected and if the seats remain vacant, applicants above 1 km will be considered for admission.

महत्वाचे
लॉटरीकरीता शाळा व घर यातील हवाई अंतर ग्राह्य धरण्यात येणार असून पालकांनी अर्ज भरताना शाळेपासून ते घरापर्यतचे हवाई अंतर हे गुगल मॅपने निश्चित करावयाचे असल्याने अंतराची बाब लक्षात घेऊन पालकांनी रेड बलूनद्वारे निवास स्थानाचे ठिकाण निश्चित करण्याकरीता तो बलून आपल्या निवसस्थानाच्या ठिकाणी अचूक नमूद करावा. एकदा अर्ज कन्फर्म केल्यावर पुन्हा लोकेशन बदलता येणार नाही. अर्ज कन्फर्म करण्यापूर्वी तो पुन्हा तपासावा. अर्ज भरताना आपल्या रहिवासाचे ठिकाण आणि शाळा यातील हवाई अंतर (Aerial Distance) प्रवेशासाठी ग्राह्य धरण्यात येणार असल्याने रस्त्याने शाळा व घर यातील प्रत्यक्ष अंतरात फरक पडू शकतो. अर्ज भरल्यानंतर संबंधित अर्जाची स्थिति अर्जात नमूद केलेल्या मोबाइल क्रमांकावर एसएमएस द्वारे कळविण्यात येईल परंतु पालकांनी एसएमएस वर अवलंबून न राहता वेळोवेळी ऑनलाइन अर्जाची स्थिति तपासत राहावी.

ऑनलाईन अर्ज भरल्यानंतर पालकांनी प्रवेश अर्ज व ऑनलाईन प्रवेश अर्ज भरताना सोबत जोडलेले कागदपत्र यांच्या छायांकित प्रती सबंधित शाळेत जमा कराव्या. सदर छायांकीत प्रती सबंधित शाळेत जमा केल्यानंतरच अर्ज ग्राह्य धरला जाईल याची सर्व पालकांनी नोंद घ्यावी.

Since the Aerial distance between the school and the house is considered for the lottery and the Aerial distance from the school to the house has to be determined by Google Maps while filling the application form, keeping in mind the matter of distance, the parent should specify the balloon accurately in their place of residence to determine the place of residence with the red balloon. Once the application is confirmed, the location cannot be changed again. The application should be re-checked before confirming it. Aerial distance between your place of residence and school will be considered for admission while filling the application form, so the actual distance between school and home by road can be different. After filling the application form, the status of the application concerned will be communicated by SMS to the mobile number mentioned in the application but parents should keep checking the status of the online application from time to time instead of relying on SMS.

After completing the online application form, parents must submit photocopies of both the form and the attached documents to the school.  it is important for all parents to note that the application will be accepted only upon the submission of the aforementioned photocopies to the respective school.
